Soil type Gravel typical of Margaux, made of quartz and quartzite, at least 4 metres thick, where Cabernet Sauvignon releases its full potential. Locally the deep gravel is more clayish, which is better suited to Merlot.

Vine growing conditions Plot by plot management, well-reasoned protection and respect of the ecological balance.
Pruning method -
Grape harvesting Plot selection, manual harvesting with sorting table in the cellar. Merlot : From October 9 to 11 - Petit Verdot : October 12 – Cabernet Sauvignon : From October 13 to 18.
Vinification Filling of barrels via gravity, without pumping. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Maturing Ageing for 16 to 18 months in French oak barrels, with 50% new barrels.
