Malolatic Fermentation: Spontaneous Fermentation during 20 days- 18° Celsius.
Maturing Aging: In new oak French barrels (33%), in second filling French barrels (33%), in stainless steel tanks (33%). During 12 months. Barrels: oak french barrels, fine grain, mid toast. 225 lts.
