“Rodin” Brandy is a Grape « Eau de Vie » as it is the result of wine distillation in a column still.
Our cellar master then prepares the blend with various batches and ageing in wood barrel can start for 2 years.
The final step consists in slowly reducing the alcoholic strength to 40%vol thanks to addition of demineralised water.
