Vinification Grape reception: Manual selection before and after destemming, then to stainless steel tanks by simple gravity. Maceration/Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks, 8 days at 10º Celsius, 17 days at 24-27º Celsius. Duration of the Maceration: 25 days. Malolactic Fermentation: 20 days – 18° Celsius.  
Maturing Aging: In new oak French barrels 30%, in stainless steel tanks 70%. Barrels type: French oak, fine grain, medium roasted, 225 lts.
