Vinification	Skin maceration in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. After gentle pressing, part of the wine is left to age about 8-9 months in French oak barrels and go through the second malolactic fermentation in our cellars. 25 to 33% of new barrels are used every year. Final blending, light filtration before bottling.
